“I was happy I lost 10 kg after following a weight loss coach for one month, but within 3 months, I gained 17 kg. What can I do? Can your program help me?”

The above was Mrs. Tosin’s concern after a friend told her about Clean-9

This is about one of the most frequently asked questions from my readers, especially from those who feel Clean-9 Natural Fat Loss program is for them

Yes, they are very eager to know exactly what happens after the 9 days of the program, if the fat lost will eventually return, and yearn to know how to stop that.

So, if you have used Clean-9 or any other fat loss remedy, and would like to keep your present shape and look, then this article is for you. Or may be you are not so fat but you want to maintain your present figure 8 shape, pay attention to this article.

I want to reveal to you the only absolute approach to keeping your fat from ever coming back.

The One Absolute Approach to Keeping Your Fat Off Permanently

So, what is this approach? Simply put, it is called ”Caloric Deficit.”

That is the scientifically proven “secret” to losing fat. It literally can’t happen any other way.

So just what is Caloric Deficit? This is what happens when you burn more calories than you consume (or consume less calories than you burn… just another way of saying the same thing).

caloricdef

I’m sure you know what calories are already. Calories are the units of energy contained in the food and drink we consume. This you always find written on the labels of foods and drinks.

So, calories are generally burnt to produce energy. But if you consume excess calories than you need, the balance is stored as fat.

Basically, every single person has a unique calorie maintenance level. This is the amount of calories that your body requires each day to burn in order to get energy to perform all of the tasks it needs to perform.

From intense exercise like cardio and weight training, to simple daily tasks like brushing your teeth and getting dressed, to the various physiological functions needed to keep you alive (like digesting and breathing), calories are burned.

Calories are what our body uses for energy to do all of these things, and we provide these calories via the foods we eat.

Therefore, depending on the amount of calories consumed, 3 things can happen that will determine if you will lose or gain fat, or if lost fat will return. Let us consider them one after the other.

The 3 Calorie Intake Scenarios

Scenario 1:

If you consume the SAME number of calories that your body needs to burn each day, you will be at your maintenance level. No fat is gained or lost.

caloric

For example, if you need a total of 2000 calories for your day’s activity to take place and you consume exactly 2000 calories daily, your weight will be maintained because all of the calories you needed were provided. No more, no less.

Scenario 2:

If you exceed this amount (2000 calories for example) and therefore consume MORE calories than your body needs (say 3000 instead), all of the left over calories that weren’t burned will then be stored on our body in some form for later use.

And guess what form it is most often stored in? Yup… body fat!

This is known as a Caloric Surplus, and it is the one and only cause of fat gain.

Scenario 3:

And this is exactly what we’re interested, the exact opposite of Scenario 2. This is called a Caloric Deficit.

calo

This is what happens when you consume LESS than your maintenance level amount (say 1500 instead of 2000 calories).

So what do you think happens at this stage, when your body gets less than what is needed? Simply put, the body is forced to find some other source of energy to burn instead.

And guess what that source most often is? It is your own stored body fat! And this is the one and only cause of fat loss.

Let me recap the above point so you can appreciate the key points: if your maintenance calorie level needed to carry out your daily activities is 2000 calories per day (just an example), you will certainly gain weight (mostly in the form of body fat) if you consumed 3000 calories per day. However, you would lose weight (mostly in the form of body fat) if you consumed 1500 calories per day. Is that clear?

Exercise Is Vital

Since all we are interested in is caloric deficit, apart from your diet, one other way to achieve this is to burn more of your existing calories. I mention this because that same deficit could have also been created via exercise (by burning more calories).

exerciseLet’s say you ate your normal 2000 calories for the day in the previous example, but then burned an additional 500 through exercise thus creating the same caloric deficit of 500 calorie.

Both scenarios would effectively cause fat loss, as would the third scenario where you did a combination of both (diet AND exercise).

But no matter which way you choose to do it, one absolute requirement ALWAYS stands. In order to lose fat, you MUST create a caloric deficit. Nothing else works.

You can therefore see why Clean-9 natural fat loss program works. It helps you create that caloric deficit through diet and exercise. And even after the 9 days, we continue to guide you by means of our special meal plan that helps you maintain a healthy diet so that the lost weight does not return.

C9 fitLet me mention here that Clean-9 works perfectly but it is not a miracle pack, or a magic pill for fat loss. You need to understand what makes things work, and this is the secret behind it.

The second factor that makes Clean-9 a wonderful program is the fact that it detoxifies your body, removing excess toxins in your system.

By now, you know that those toxins are fat-soluble. So, they cling to your fat tissues easily. Without detoxifying, any lost fat will most likely be back in more folds.

So, you can maintain your stunning shape by detoxifying and ensuring Caloric Deficit.

And if you would need Clean-9, click here to order and have it delivered to you at home or in your office in less than 5 days.

I wish you a successful battle against stubborn and deadly body fat.
